THE GLORIA is a sound artist who fuses archaic mythology with a deformed post-human future. Evolving from a dark duo in Portiolo in 2022 to a solo act led by Macfra now in Tromsø, her work mirrors human psychosis and nature’s punishment. This audio-visual project defies categorization, with live performances blending harsh noise, electronic beats, and uncanny, provocative humor. THE GLORIA’s art explores forces beyond human comprehension, merging the divine with the forbidden.

THE GLORIA is presented through the Cloud: Exit programme. Cloud: Exit is a part of Insomnia Festivals efforts to help develop and nurture new talents in the electronic music scene of northern norway. The programme is made possible with support from SNN Samfunnsløftet and Talent Norway.
